Data Sources & Accuracy
No live person-level sources are active
WatchMyRadius does not currently activate, collect, cache, map, monitor, or display live person-level public-record data. No jurisdiction is represented as supported until its source-specific review is complete.
Authoritative-source provenance
If a source is approved in the future, WatchMyRadius will identify the responsible agency or court, the dataset, and a direct official-source link with any required attribution or notices. An official link is context, not a claim that the information is complete or current.
Limits, timing, and legal status
Public information can contain errors, delays, omissions, corrections, sealing or expungement changes, and differences in terminology. Any future display must preserve the issuing authority's legal-status wording and source context; it will not convert a record into a prediction, score, or assessment of a person.
Geographic and absence-of-results limits
Future availability may be limited by jurisdiction boundaries, source coverage, and source-specific access rules. A missing result, unavailable source, or empty view would not mean that no record exists, that information is current, or that any location is safe.
Report an inaccuracy or outdated information
Use the correction intake to identify a possible concern and, when available, an official source that supports review. Requests are reviewed by a human and are not published. A correction request can address WatchMyRadius's own future display; it does not alter the originating government or court record.
